So here’s something positive

It’s easy to lose confidence when there’s peak negativity. So, here’s something positive!

If you’re over 50, you’ll remember the days when we had 18% interest.

Today, subtract 15%”….and that’s what a fabulous opportunity there is to pay down principal and get equity in property.

And then there’s the profound effects of working from home. Some pundits are forecasting a permanent change to work culture… stuff like flexible work hours, far less commuting, and more “time” could make huge improvements to our quality of life.

These times will pass. Bad times always pass. Stay focused on the long game, turn down the noise from the news outlets (they’re in the business of sensationalism), and listen to the oldies who’ve been through times like these.
