He has an excellent knowledge of the current market, was happy to answer all our queries and accommodate our requests for marketing etc. Nothing was too much trouble. We particularly appreciated Josh’s professionalism, his good nature and his humour. Our house sold after only six days on the market with Josh negotiating a price we were very happy with. After two attempts previously by other businesses and a lot of money spent on advertising, etc the No sale No Fees Rob offered was indeed music to my ears. Throughout the sale of my property Rob proceeded to communicate with me the whole way through, keeping me updated on every process. My partner and I really felt that he was working with us and for us. Doing what he could for us and the sale of my property. She has handled my properties with such professionalism that I’m in awe of her ability to keep the tenant’s happy – keep/find the right tenants and manage sometimes the most painful exercises like dealing with council. I will be recommending her to anyone who asks after having shocking experiences in Toowoomba prior to Kerri looking after me. That is not to compare her to local Property managers as she is exceptional compared to other property managers I have in NSW as well!
