In April 2007, York Realty was established on the corner of West Street and Drayton Road, Harristown. As the sale team and our reputation of success grew, we decided to find another small shop and establish a second office. In
2011, a second location was opened in Perth Street, Rangeville. Both offices worked as a team to sell properties all across Toowoomba and its surrounds.
In late 2014, after concentrating solely on residential sales for 7 years, we opened a Property Management division with the intent to grow a rental office offering management services with the same great reputation as our sales division. Our rental management services grew at a rate that again required us to expand our premises.
Nine years after opening the well-known “Silver” shop on West Street with just
2 people, we’ve relocated to a much bigger office at 346 Ruthven Street – the shop many locals would remember as Dick Smith’s old store, on the corner of Bowen Street and across from Rumours International.
